North Hill Needham Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to join our Culinary Team in Needham, MA. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen and contribute to high-quality, on-campus dining experiences.

The role offers a daytime schedule with no late nights, paid weekly, and benefits including health & dental, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, and free meals. Prior culinary training and Serve Safe certification are preferred.

• 2-3 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.

Position Summary

Join our Culinary Team! North Hill is home to three on-campus restaurants, including our newly renovated fine dining venue, and we’re looking for a talented Line Cook to join our culinary team. If you love cooking great food, working in a supportive, fast-paced kitchen, and want your work to truly matter — this is the place for you.

Schedule

• Monday-Saturday: 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality industry
• Serve Safe Certification
• Sanitation/HAACP Certification (nice to have)

Satisfactory completion of a background investigation is required for this position.

Pay Range: $24-$28/hour. Individual compensation within this range is based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including education, overall experience, relevant experience, and specific skills.
