Job summary

Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom is hiring line cooks, prep cooks and pizza cooks to craft made-from-scratch, mouth-watering dishes for our guests. Roles involve preparing and cooking a variety of menu items in a high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across the menu.
• Follow recipe procedures to ensure high quality and consistency.
