Job summary

Chili's is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Pooler, GA to help run a fast-paced kitchen with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality. You will learn and execute recipe procedures, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards.

You will support the flow of orders, communicate with teammates, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for guests. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within Chili's.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm demeanor
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures

• Communicate ticket times to Team Members
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
