Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Ensure quality of products and follow recipes precisely.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and proper storage/ rotation of products.
• Close kitchen per station checklist and assist others with closing tasks.
• Attend scheduled employee meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
