Qualifications

• Strong interest in cooking and willingness to learn (from the requirements).
• Ability to work in a team and take direction from leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
