Ideal candidates have 1+ years as a line cook or in a similar role, basic knife skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Earn $15–$18 per hour with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year as a line cook or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency with knives & knife technique.
• Some exposure to the hospitality industry preferred.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Must have or be able to obtain North Dakota Food Handler’s card. Subsidized by us.
• Must be able to reliably commute to work.
• Background check and E-Verify eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food at a specific station according to recipes and chef guidance.
• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients.
• Set up and stock your station with ingredients and supplies.
• Cook using grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, and other methods as required.
• Ensure dishes meet temperature and doneness standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Follow directions from the chef or sous chef.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Take on additional tasks as needed by management.
