Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or assistance to obtain one.
• Love for food and knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Responsible for setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, and sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high sanitation and food safety standards.
