Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to standard recipes while keeping a clean, safe kitchen and delivering a great guest experience.

No experience is required. Prior line cook experience is a plus, and you should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and lift up to 50 lbs. Join a values-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The role
