Workstream is hiring a Line Cook for Applebee's Restaurants in Bradley, Illinois. In this role, you will ensure high standards of food preparation, maintain product quality, and adhere to safety and presentation specifications. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in the casual restaurant industry, possess strong communication skills, and be able to meet physical demands. A High School Diploma or GED and food certifications are preferred, with opportunities for advancement available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned prep work and set up the cook’s station.
• Maintain product presentation, quality, and cook time standards.
• Prepare all menu items according to Applebee’s recipes and specifications.
