Job summary

McMenamins Grand Lodge in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to handle opening to closing duties, including the manufacture and presentation of hot and cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, and weekly specials in a fast‑paced kitchen.

You will keep your station organized and clean, work well independently and as part of a team, and adapt to high‑volume service while maintaining quality. A current food handler card and prior cooking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card.
• Previous cooking experience is preferred.
• Enjoy working in a busy customer service‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and presentation of all hot & cold food products.
• Prepare salads, hot & cold sandwiches, pastas, hot & cold appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté & grill items.
• Organization and cleaning of the work area.
• Work well independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
