Qualifications

• 1+ years of line cook experience is required.
• Ability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays).
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for great food and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with prep, breakdown, and cleaning of equipment.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team.
