Job summary

Aztec Grill at Jacksons Market in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a dependable Line Cook to prepare meals per store recipes in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and support safe, timely service.

Starting pay is $18.21-$19.21 per hour for a day shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement with clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Service/Quick Service/Retail experience a plus.
• Food Handler Permit required by local authority or obtainable within 30 days.
• Passion for friendly, fast and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to store recipes.
• Prepare food quickly and safely.
• Follow all food safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stock and prep ingredients for daily use.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and organized.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Other duties as assigned.
