Omakase Restaurant Group is hiring a Line Cook in Palo Alto, CA. The role requires meticulous teamwork, accuracy in dish preparation, and adherence to recipes.

You will work closely with Front of House to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain sanitary, well-organized stations. Requirements include 2 years of line cook experience (asian cuisine a plus), strong food safety knowledge, English proficiency, and a ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant (asian cuisine a plus).
• Must follow recipes and instructions precisely.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Able to understand and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Know all areas of station prep and train new employees on correct prep methods.
• Ensure quality, speed, accuracy and presentation of dishes during service.
• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Contribute to a positive, teamwork-focused work environment.
• Maintain clean and orderly stations across all cooks’ stations.
