Qualificações

• Must have prior experience as a Cook.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques.
• Strict adherence to sanitation procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Cooking and completing items in a timely manner.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain the station clean and broken down.
• Arrange and organize stations on the line.
• Prepare and maintain a clean workspace while working.
• Maintain a sanitized and organized kitchen.
• Prepare workstations to be set up for the shift.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Check ingredient quality and use only quality items.
• Prepare ingredients using various techniques and cooking methods.
• Cook food using various culinary techniques.
• Arrange food and organized prep items with proper sanitation.
• Manage food storage, stock, and organization.
