Starbird Chicken is seeking team members to join our kitchen in a fast-paced setting. You will fry chicken, prepare salads, and assemble sandwiches while following Starbird guidelines. Training and mentoring are available as we promote from within.

Evening and weekend shifts are required. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to contribute to a learning culture within a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Fry chicken, prepare salads and sandwiches, and plate according to guidelines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be coachable as part of a learning culture.
• Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Responsabilités

• Fry chicken and prepare salads and sandwiches according to Starbird guidelines.
• Plate prepared foods and manage plating quality for service.
• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
