• Line experience helps but isn’t required. We’ll teach you the JNN way.

• Run your station through the rush: cook to spec, plate with pride, and send out food that earns its reputation one ticket at a time.
• Follow recipes and procedures exactly, keep your station clean and stocked as you go, and communicate with the line like a teammate.
