Chili's in Forest City, NC is hiring Kitchen Team Members to help set the pace during each shift. You will learn and execute recipe procedures, maintain cleanliness, follow safety policies, and ensure tickets flow from the kitchen while keeping a welcoming environment.

We value friendly, quick-thinking teammates who can work in a fast-paced setting, with experience in food prep preferred; flexible part-time or full-time schedules and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilités

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
