Qualifications

• Basic kitchen knowledge is preferred.
• Great at following direction and step-by-step instruction with accuracy.
• Able to prioritize tasks safely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team with excellent communication.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand, walk, reach and bend in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling.
• Work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and maintain safe working environment.
