Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures with precision.
• Strong understanding of food safety, storage, and sanitation.
• Experience on a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure high quality and safe food.
• Stock and maintain station to meet guest demand during shifts.
• Plate and present dishes according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Work as part of a team with positive attitude and clear communication.
• Stand for long periods and work near high heat; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stay focused, multitask, and stay calm during peak hours.
