Thrive Restaurant Group, operating Applebee’s branded locations in the region, is seeking a Line Cook to join the Kitchen Team. You’ll handle prep, learn recipes, and work at the assigned station while upholding quality and timing standards.

You will be cross-trained across kitchen roles, maintain product presentation, and contribute to a friendly, family-oriented work environment. A strong teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Clear reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Mobility required and the ability to transport items as needed.
• Ability to respond in emergency situations to avoid hazards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Applebee’s recipes and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work and maintain station setup.
• Maintain sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during and after shift.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning projects.
