Rooster's Wood-Fired Kitchen Winston Salem is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join a fast-paced, wood-fired kitchen focused on simple, ingredients-driven cooking. You will work with an upscale casual yet fine-dining standard team and contribute to a high-volume service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen with a strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, and plating.
• Pride in maintaining a clean, organized station and preparing food to recipe specifications.
• Confident, calm under pressure, and enjoy working efficiently while supporting and collaborating with the team to solve challenges and achieve collective goals.
• Passionate about food and hospitality, eager to continue learning, growing, and making a positive impact on the team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Maintain prep lists, complete assigned tasks, and support the kitchen with production needs.

• Work hand-in-hand with other Line Cooks and Chefs to meet daily production goals and uphold high standards.
