You will work with a team in a fast-paced kitchen, follow proven recipes, monitor freshness, and assist with basic prep and service. Minimum 2 years in a culinary position, plus strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills, are required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
• Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate out old products based on a schedule created by the restaurant.
• Work with a team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed.
• Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Follows the direction of the chef de cuisine in preparing for service.

Earth at Hidden Pond in Kennebunkport is looking for both part-time and full-time Line Cooks to join our team!

Job Summary:
