Supreme Dumplings is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy kitchen in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will prepare dishes to order, follow SOPs, and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace while upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with precision and consistency.
• Follow all SOPs during shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold sanitation standards.
• Prepare ingredients and food items to order according to specs.
• Assist in onboarding new kitchen team members with coaching.
• Communicate issues affecting team morale or kitchen performance to the GM.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
• Handle heat, cold, fumes and cleaning chemicals safely.
