Job summary

Mozz Sourdough Pizza in Salt Lake City is hiring for Back of House crew at the Delta Center. If you love fast-paced food environments, this role puts you on the line making pizzas, prepping ingredients, and keeping the kitchen humming.

You will work with the Stand Lead and fellow pizza makers to serve hot, fresh orders, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. Training is available for the right person; weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Some kitchen experience preferred; training may be provided.
• Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teammates.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft pizzas and prep ingredients for service.
• Cook pizzas, wings, and stadium items with speed and precision.
• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards closely.
• Collaborate with Stand Lead and other pizza makers to fulfill orders quickly.

• Cooking up slices, wings, and other stadium goodies with precision and speed

• Staying sharp on food safety and sanitation (we take it very seriously!)
• Teaming up with the Stand Lead and your fellow pizza makers to get orders out fast and fresh
  

What We're Looking For:

• Some kitchen experience under your belt (but we're happy to train the right person)
• Basic cooking know-how + solid food safety awareness
• Cool under pressure - you can juggle tasks without breaking a sweat
• A solid teammate who communicates and collaborates
