Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience in food service preferred.
• Stand and walk for long periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 150 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, and present food items for banquets and dining establishments.
• Operate standard commercial kitchen equipment.
• Set up, cleaning, sanitation, and closing of workstations and kitchen.
• Accurate testing of prepared food items to ensure proper temperature and quality.
• Labeling and dating products to ensure food safety and quality.
• General cleaning duties of area and equipment.
