Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe is seeking an entry-level Line Cook to join our culinary team. The role starts with an early shift from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

and offers hands-on experience alongside seasoned chefs to prepare and plate dishes, following recipes and maintaining a clean workstation. As part of a premier resort, you’ll contribute to memorable dining experiences while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range
