Position: Broil Cook

Responsibilities include:

1. High volume restaurant experience
2. Understanding cooking steak temperatures
3. Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
4. Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
5. Understanding equipment and prep sheets
6. Exhibiting teamwork
