Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to join our high-energy kitchen team. You will be responsible for seasoning, searing, and grilling steaks while upholding safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes understanding steak temperatures, teamwork, and adherence to prep sheets and equipment guidelines to ensure consistent, quality dishes for guests.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook steaks to the correct temperatures.
• Season and sear meat according to recipe and portion requirements.
• Maintain quality and consistency across dishes during high-volume service.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment correctly and reference prep sheets.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely service.
