Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will be responsible for preparing steaks to correct temperatures, seasoning, searing, and grilling to ensure consistently excellent results. Our Roadies enjoy a weekly pay schedule and a comprehensive rewards package including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, disability and life coverage, identity protection, and travel insurance.

• High volume restaurant experience.
• Understand cooking steak temperatures.
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking.

• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Exhibiting teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to proper temperatures and ensure consistency across orders.
• Season, sear, and grill meat to menu specifications.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service.
• Understand and utilize kitchen equipment and prep sheets.
