Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of proper steak temperatures and cook temps.
• Experience with meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and prep sheets.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steaks with correct seasoning, searing, and cooking methods.
• Maintain high-volume throughput while ensuring quality.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure safe handling of meat products.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Utilize prep sheets and equipment efficiently and safely.
