Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to help us deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service. In a high-volume kitchen you will understand steak temperatures, seasoning, searing and grilling, and work as a key member of a busy team.

Roadies are paid weekly and eligible for a comprehensive total rewards package after one year, including medical, dental and vision, tuition reimbursement, vacation, disability, life and more, plus career growth opportunities and a fun, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures, seasoning, searing and cooking.
• Experience maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare steaks to specified temperatures and standards.
• Season, sear and grill meat to order.
• Operate grill equipment efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain clean, safe work stations and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service.

As a Broil Cook your responsibilities would include:

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
• Meat seasoning, searing, and grilling
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
