Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our crew. This role focuses on preparing and cooking high-volume steaks to correct temperatures, applying proper seasoning and techniques, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Teamwork and reliability are essential as you support a fast-paced kitchen and uphold service quality. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a benefits package after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to cook steak to specified temperatures.
• Knowledge of meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques.
• Adherence to proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and prep sheets.
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare broiled steaks to order with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and portion-control guidelines.
• Operate broiler and related kitchen equipment safely.
• Stay organized and communicate with team during peak hours.

As a Broil Cook your responsibilities would include:

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
• Meat seasoning, searing, and grilling
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
