Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team at LORO and related concepts in Austin. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a fast-moving kitchen.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $18–$21 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision insurance, EAP, a 401k match, dining discounts, and clear opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold.

Hai Hospitality and LORO, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar is seeking Line Cooks. In this role, you will serve as vital member of our kitchen team to create amazing dining experiences for our guests. We offer gainful employment as well as great opportunities to grow with the organization long-term!

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
