Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team as a Line Cook. You will help prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen and contribute to a fun dining experience.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas, monitoring freshness, and rotating stock under the Kitchen Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in line cook or kitchen environment preferred.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! Our Stars and Strikes Kitchen Crew takes pride in cooking high-quality menu items in a fun and fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Stars and Strikes Line Cook, you will be able to create a variety of delicious dishes from our full restaurant and catering menus.

• Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to display excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following recipes guidelines
• Ensure that the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
• Monitor product freshness and rotate product based on a schedule created by the Kitchen Manager
