Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Position: Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member)

Purpose: To cook high-quality, visually appealing food that meets our standards. You will handle assigned prep work and cooking stations, learn all kitchen roles, and adhere to recipes and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards (50%).
• Complete prep work (15%).
• Set up workstation (15%).
• Maintain sanitary and safe food handling practices (10%).
• Clean and sanitize work areas (5%).
• Perform cleaning projects (5%).

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to move, lift, and transport items up to 50 pounds.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.

Physical Demands:

Requires navigating the restaurant, moving items, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and stooping. Vision must be sufficient to assess cleanliness and operate touchscreen devices. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
