Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a kitchen team member to run a station through the rush. You'll follow recipes and procedures exactly, keep your station clean and stocked as you go, and communicate with the line like a teammate, because none of us succeeds without all of us. Be steady when the tickets stack up and you never send out a plate you wouldn’t eat yourself.

Line experience helps but isn’t required. We’ll teach you the JNN way.

Qualifications

• Experience on a kitchen line is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to follow recipes and maintain station cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn the JNN way.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You'll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
