Summary of Position:

Prepare food efficiently following JTR standards and local, state, and national food safety guidelines. Prep and cook for lunch and dinner, ensuring cleanliness of work areas and storage spaces.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly, dressed appropriately, ready for work
• Stock and set up station for service
• Coordinate with manager on tasks
• Complete daily prep sheets
• Prepare food according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
• Operate equipment safely
• Assist with deliveries and organization
• Complete tasks and checklists as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Respectful communication skills
• Valid Tulsa Food Handler’s Permit
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Work well under pressure
• Basic kitchen knowledge
• Ability to follow recipes precisely
• Lift up to 50 pounds
