Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring for a hands-on kitchen role in New York. You’ll run your station through rushes, cook to exact specifications, plate with pride, and help maintain a clean, stocked line. Teamwork is essential as we all contribute to a consistently high standard of food.

Ideal candidates are steady under pressure; line experience helps but is not required. We will teach the JNN way and support your growth from line cook to higher roles as you prove yourself.

The Physical Stuff

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You'll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
