Job summary

Quaker Steak & Lube - Corporate is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items according to our standards. You will keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized while upholding quality and presentation across all dishes.

A successful candidate can work in a fast-paced team, communicate well under pressure, and help create a positive dining experience for guests. No experience is required, and a benefits package is available.

• No experience required; prior line cook experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen tasks as needed.

The role
