Ingo’s Downtown is looking for Line Cooks to join our kitchen!

Ingo’s Tasty Food is located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix at Block 23. We are surrounded by the Phoenix Suns Arena, Footprint Center, the Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium, and the Phoenix Convention Center. As the second Ingo’s location, ITF is now offering guests all-day menus including coffee, full breakfast, pastries, lunch, and dinner favorites.

We are hiring line team members with terrific attitudes and experience working in a fast-paced, professional, team-centric environment! We will train you to be a jack-of-all-trades. Looking for team players with day and/or night and weekend availability.

Cooks should have kitchen experience, be comfortable in a high-energy environment, and have the ability to maintain professionalism and be level-headed during peak hours and high-pressure situations, as we’re very events-driven!

Day in the Life:

• Provide the highest level of cleanliness to brand standards
• Knowledge of recipe adherence
• Ensure that food is executed with the highest quality of both taste and appearance
• Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks
• Demonstrate team service throughout the shift in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to read tickets and execute any modifications requested
• Execute best practices to include proper cooking and holding temperatures, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
• Accept direction from Management
• Ability to spend long hours standing and walking
• Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant
• Maintain proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
