Job summary

Roadhouse Cinemas in Scottsdale is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy kitchen. Open 365 days a year, Roadhouse Cinemas offers an extraordinary restaurant and an impressively creative full bar with high quality wines and craft beers, plus comfortable recliners. Our staff enjoys seeing new movies before anyone else.

This role requires fast-paced line experience, reliable transportation, and weekend/night/holiday availability. Join a fun, dynamic team in a premier cinema dining environment.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced line experience required.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and stocking area supplies.
• Preparing ingredients for cooking.
• Ensuring food comes out per presentation requirements, and in a timely fashion.
• Read and execute food tickets.
• Run Expo.
• Taking pride in keeping the area clean and well organized.
• Assisting with kitchen help as needed.
