Position: Line Cook at Dave & Buster's

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an exceptional guest experience through quality food, drinks, and games.
2. Inform supervisors promptly of any issues and take corrective actions.
3. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
4. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
5. Use chemicals properly for safety and cost control.
6. Store products properly and at appropriate levels.
7. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
8. Control costs by following prep sheets and minimizing waste.
9. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas.
10. Assist other team members as needed.
11. Maintain positive working relationships with team members.
12. Present a friendly demeanor and be flexible with shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
• Discipline and self-motivation.
• Dress professionally and maintain a neat appearance.
• At least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Stand for long periods and move about the facility.
