Anchor & Port, the signature restaurant at Oshkosh Marriott, is seeking a cook to join our culinary team. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes with purpose, keeping things moving during busy service.

Requirements

REQUIRED TRAINING/

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED. Previous experience as a cook required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have command of the English language, written and verbal.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time (90 percent of shift).
• Able to perform several tasks simultaneously.
• Good hearing and vision with or without corrective lenses.
