Es Vedra Cinemas in Nashville is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.

You will work with a fast-paced kitchen team, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to health and safety regulations while supporting inventory and timely service.

This role offers competitive pay and team perks and requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Culinary training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required.
• Knowledge of cooking methods and knife skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a state food handler certificate.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Job Description

As a Line Cook at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking menu items to perfection. You will ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation, contributing to an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• State Food Handler certificate required.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion
