JDK Management Company is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team and contribute to Perkins’ legacy of friendly service, classic comfort food, and great value. This role emphasizes pride in your work, teamwork, and delivering a memorable guest experience.

You will prepare menu items to recipe standards, keep a clean, safe, and organized workstation, follow sanitation procedures, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely, accurate service for every guest.

The role

We are looking for a Line Cook who is responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. A successful Line Cook takes pride in their work, communicates well under pressure, and helps create a great experience for every guest.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.

• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
