• Set up cook stations.
• Prepare food items by following Gold Standard recipes, portion, and presentation specifications.
• Restock, clean, and maintain cook station items throughout the shift.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk‑in coolers, and storage areas.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• Can work around the kitchen and has safe knife‑handling skills.
• Has a food handler permit.
• Is 18 years of age or over.
