Job summary

Red Robin in the United States is seeking a Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen. You’ll handle cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals while keeping guests safe through proper food handling and cleanliness.

This role includes a free meal per shift and opportunities to grow with the team, plus flexible schedules and employee discounts. If you work well under pressure and share our passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

Line Cook

Line Cook Range: $17.53 - $21.15

Line Cook:

You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will be keeping Guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay you will also receive a free meal each shift.

Other Types of Compensation:

Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
