North Italia in King of Prussia, PA is hiring Line Cooks on a part-time basis with solid pay and room to grow. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $20.25 per hour, with benefits after threshold and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results.
• Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other equipment.
• Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Maintain a clean workstation by following sanitation standards and food handling guidelines.

• Keep it clean! Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards

Qualifications

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred. You should have good English communication skills, comfortable standing for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
