Job summary

JDK Management Company, the Perkins franchiser, is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to company standards while keeping a clean, safe kitchen. You will take pride in your work and contribute to a great guest experience.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with opportunities to grow as your impact grows. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods; no experience is required, though prior line cook experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The role
