Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while working in the restaurant when scheduled.
  • Maintain a positive and calm demeanor during high-volume periods or unusual events to ensure store operations and set a positive example for team members.
  • Stay informed about menu items, promotions, merchandise, and advertisements.
  • Assist with new team member training by recognizing good performance and providing respectful coaching as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and communicate with the General Manager about team morale and performance issues.
  • Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure partner safety during each shift.
  • Keep workspace clean and organized.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Perform routine food service activities according to operational policies, including preparing high-quality food items to order for guests.
  • Adhere to food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
  • Pay attention to detail in food/service quality and cleanliness.
  • Ensure supplies of ingredients are prepared according to company specifications and health regulations.
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards for guest safety.
  • Handle special guest requests while maintaining high quality standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for at least 4 hours when required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.

  • Tolerance to heat, cold, cleaning chemicals, smoke, fumes, and airborne particles.
